Vida Tayari began painting in 1991 and quickly mastered the art. Her journey as an artist started after the profound loss of her beloved father. She believes his spirit guided her to pursue her dream and passion, infusing every painting with heart and soul. For Vida, painting has become a continuous meditation, bringing her joy and fulfillment.
Over the years, Vida has created an extensive collection of original artwork, much of which is showcased at the Tayari Art Gallery. Her style blends contemporary and impressionist techniques, and she specializes in breathtaking landscapes, personal and wedding portraits, as well as realistic depictions of nature and animals.
In addition to her creative achievements, Vida has participated in numerous national and international exhibitions, where her artwork has received critical acclaim. She has also been commissioned by several museums to create exclusive pieces, further solidifying her reputation as a distinguished artist.
In 2008, Vida received permanent residency and was selected from over 5,000 artists by the Department of Homeland Security to receive the EB-1 Visa, recognizing her as an individual with extraordinary ability in Arts, Sciences, and Education.
Vida’s accomplishments are not limited to this recognition. She has received numerous awards, including the prestigious Superior Artist Award for Women from the Persian Association of Knowledge and Arts Observers, distinguishing her as one of the few females in the country to achieve this honor. She was also chosen as one of the Seven Scholars in Persian Art by the Committee of Culture and Art Preservation Foundation, selected from hundreds of artists.
Additionally, Vida is a proud recipient of the Medal of Abolghasem Ferdosi Tousi, awarded by the Board of Directors of the Association of Knowledge and Arts Observers.
